SARC Legal services
Since its inception in 1996, the SARC Legal Services Program has focused on implementing, expanding, and maintaining efforts to provide quality legal assistance to victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking by providing direct legal and advocacy services. The program aims to provide a full range of free legal services including information, safety planning, advice, representation, and court accompaniment. We strive to provide holistic legal services. These services are primarily focused on protective orders, divorce, custody, child support, and immigration while information and referrals are provided in other areas of law, including but not limited to housing, bankruptcy, and employment.

- Representation
Free Legal Representation by attorneys in Protective Orders, Peace Orders, Divorce, Custody, Child Support, and Immigration matters
- Advocacy
Civil, criminal, and immigration advocacy and court accompaniment provided by trained staff
- Safety Planning
Individualized safety planning tailored to the legal needs of the client
- Information and Referrals
