SARC Clinical services
At SARC we offer professional counseling for victims of domestic and sexual violence as well as stalking. Victim's counseling is offered on a sliding fee scale. No victim is ever turned away for an inability to pay. To speak to a counselor or schedule an intake, call the SARC office at 410/836-8431 during regular business hours. Walk-ins are welcome. Evening appointments are available.

Confidential Helpline staffed by trained domestic and sexual violence staff and volunteers.

Crisis intervention and safety planning for victims/survivors of domestic and sexual violence as well as stalking.
- Victim's Counseling
Individual counseling for victims/survivors of domestic and sexual violence as well as stalking. Group counseling available for adults molested as children, sexually abusive relationships, rape survivors, and domestic violence victims.
- Abuser Intervention Program
Group counseling for men and women who use abusive behaviors to control their partner.
- Children's Counseling
Individual counseling is available for children who have been sexually or physically abused, and who have witnessed violence in their home.
